Depending on the ministry itself,
other groups, teams, or committees exist within a given
ministry focused on a specific program or process, for example,
a Liturgy Preparation Team or the School
Advisory Board.
Holy Trinity uses the principle of subsidiarity -- keeping responsibility at the level closest to the area of ministry under consideration. When someone wishes to raise an issue about a particular program or ministry, parishioners and parish leaders alike first present their concerns, problems, or expectations, to the staff person and team/group responsible; then, to the Pastoral Council committee which oversees its broad area of ministry, and finally (if not satisfied by the responses of the previous groups) to the Pastoral Council and/or Pastor.
