| It's
easy to download and can be completed manually or electronically ! |
- You only need Adobe Reader to download the form. It is free
and available by clicking on this link: Adobe
Reader.
- Once you have Adobe Reader, download the pledge form by clicking
on this link: Pledge
Form.
- Now you can either:
- Print the form, then complete it manually.
- Click on File (at the top
left, the 1st item on the horizontal
menu bar).
- A drop down menu appears.
- Click on Print... (4th active
item in the list).
- A new window opens wirh "Print" in the top left corner.
- Click the OK button (in
the lower right corner).
- Complete the form.
OR
- Complete the form electronically, then print it.
- To highlight the blanks, click on "Highlight
Fields" in the top left corner or just click on the blank to and
complete it.
- Complete the form.
- Print (see above).
- Finally:
- Mail it back to the Parish Center.
