The Holy Trinity Seniors Group is for parishioners who are over 50 who 
have free time during the day for occasional activities.  Our 
activities have ranged from day trips to New York for shows, a trip to 
Philadelphia for the King Tut exhibit, a lunch trip to National 
Harbor, a vineyard tour in Northern Virginia, and several luncheons.  
Our goal is simply to make opportunities for us to get to know each 
other so that we can have a support group for parishioners with some 
interests in common.  We have no meetings, and no one is expected to 
participate in every occasion -- only those that interest them.   We

January 20 – 22, 2012  Check with Cathy Quinn to see if any more rooms have become available.   There are a few rooms available Saturday night only. You could come early on Saturday morning, and enjoy the full day.  We will arrange to put luggage away in the interim until your room is ready.

Because this event is fewer than 60 days there are no refunds.
This is not a retreat but more a social gathering.  All of the rooms we reserved are fill but as mentioned about the possibility of a single night or a cancelled room becoming available.   There are rooms that can be shared by singles.  The price is by room and based on double occupancy.  See below for an explanations of this.  Only continental breakfast is included.  Meals can be purchased at the Inn.  We will probably have the two dinner meals there.  One lunch at a  bay side restaurant  and the other lunch as we leave, on your own.   Go to www.kentmanor.com to see the facility.  Keep in mind that the Group rate is $145.00 per room and not $180.00 per room as advertised.

Kent Island is about a one hour and 5 min. drive from DC.  Less for some of us., more for others.  1st exit over the Bay Bridge.
 
The Cost per room is $145 per room per night and includes continental breakfast.  No additional fee for the second person. (or third in the case of the rooms which singles can share)  However if a single wants a room by themselves (which is fine) then it is still $145. per night. Continental breakfast is included but no other meals. Other meals are available at extra charge – we will plan at least two meals on sight.    The approx. cost per person, per night is $125 including meals - based on double occupancy.
