Mission of Holy Trinity Environmentl Stewardship Group
ESG's Mission Statement stresses witnessing and living out the values of Catholic Social Teaching that call all of us to protect human life and the environment. We will do this by furthering environmental awareness within the Holy Trinity Parish Community and throughout the region by promoting and conducting activities that fufill our Catholic responsibility to provide stewardship of the environment.
Our Mission Statement is based on our Catholic faith's belief that all of creation is a gift from God and St. Ignatius' theological insight that creation "...is given in order that we might experience more deeply God's love for us and love and serve God in return." ("Principle and Foundation" of the Spiritual Exercises)
