Sacramental Certificates

To obtain information about or a copy of a Certificate for a Sacrament you received at Holy Trinity, contact Carol Strickfaden, 202-337–2840, x130.  

Be prepared to supply the following information:
1. The sacrament
2. Date of celebration
3. Name(s) of the party (ies) (including maiden name(s), if possible).

Godparents and Confirmation Sponsors

To obtain a letter from the Holy Trinity Parish in order to be a Godparent or Confirmation Sponsor at another church contact Carol Strickfaden, 202-337–2840, x130.

Be prepared to supply the following information:
1. The name of the sacrament
2. Name and address of person requesting the letter
3. Name of the individual to be baptized or confirmed
4. Name and mailing address of the church, including the name of the recipient.

Please note you must be a registered and active member of the parish for such a letter.
